I work as a studio grunt by day, sometimes do sound editing, occasionally design a logo for someone-or-other, and at night play and write songs, except on the weekend when I get to write some in the daytime.
I've done about a CD worth of songs every eighteen months or so for the past three albums. I've been on one big west coast tour
with Phoebe and Robin and Jenn, and a couple smaller ones in the west and south. One time I got to go visit the house of antifolkonline in NC, that was cool and we got some muffins in a ziplock bag.
My last CD was pretty sparse and sad and folky, this new one is looking like it's going to be more filled out and jumpy and indie rock. I like both ways though. I'd like to win a scratch ticket and get somebody something nice.
