Originally from Massachusetts, James Broughel currently lives and performs in New York City. Growing up, James was most influenced by the grunge and punk rock sounds of the early nineties. Later he would discover bands like the Ramones and the Velvet Underground. What's most striking about James' music is his incredible sense of melody. His sweet voice and unforgettable songs continue to knock listeners off their feet time and time again. It's pop music with a conscience. Radio friendly, but still cutting edge and fresh. As well as performing solo, James also plays bass with the artist Paleface. |
